CORI 2026
Central Ohio Robotics Invitational
The Central Ohio Robotics Invitational, or CORI, is an off-season FIRST Robotics Competition event hosted by FRC Team 4145, The WorBots. We are excited to bring together up to 32 high school robotics teams from Ohio and the surrounding states for a full day of competition, collaboration, and community.
CORI is open to teams, families, students, mentors, sponsors, and anyone interested in seeing what FIRST Robotics is all about. Attendees will have the opportunity to watch matches, meet teams, see robots up close, and experience the energy and creativity that make FRC such a meaningful program for students.
Join Us at CORI
As a team, one of our goals is to help grow and support the FIRST Robotics community in Central Ohio. The Central Ohio Robotics Invitational gives us a chance to do exactly that by creating a competitive, welcoming, and high-quality off-season event for teams and attendees.
For FRC teams, CORI is designed to be a valuable off-season competition experience. Teams will have the opportunity to train new drive teams, give students more match experience, test robot improvements, develop scouting and strategy processes, and continue building momentum outside of the official season. Just as importantly, it gives teams a chance to connect with other programs from across Ohio and the surrounding region.
For attendees, CORI is a great opportunity to see what high school robotics looks like up close. Guests can watch student-built robots compete in fast-paced matches, talk with students and mentors, and learn more about the teamwork, engineering, problem-solving, and leadership that go into every FRC program.
Whether you are a team looking for more time on the field, a student interested in joining robotics, a sponsor looking to support STEM education, or a community member who wants to see the excitement of FIRST Robotics firsthand, we would love to have you join us.
We are proud to host CORI once again and look forward to welcoming our Ohio Alliance to this event.
